1. Wash your pillow cases regularly. Oils and dirt from your face can easily transfer onto your pillow while your sleeping, and dust can cuddle into your pillow when ever it wants. To keep all of that dirt and grime off of your face just pop your pillow cases into the washer whenever you feel your face acting up or every three weeks to prevent your face acting up. 2. Explore all of your face wash options. Never settle on a face wash that is just ok. Your face wash is your staple to keeping your face clean and dirt free, so find that one face wash that is absolutely amazing. And remember, look into drugstore options, not all high end face washes are going to work for your skin type. 3. When drying off your face pat, don’t drag on your skin. To prevent wrinkles early just pat your skin with a towel, when you are tugging and pulling to dry your skin it just loosens your skin… and no one wants saggy skin, especially on your face. 4. Never ever wear makeup when you are exercising or playing a sport. First off, you’re just going to sweat it off so no point on putting it on really. When you’re sweating and rubbing the sweat off your face with your hands it just makes things way worse. It will clog your pores and won’t allow your face to breath, leading to blemishes and acne.
